Up to 4 items can be shipped per box.
Orders will include a packaging and handling fee of $23.99 per box that is included in the cost of shipping.

Items can only be shipped in the contiguous United States.
Products can not be shipped to the following United States territories: Alaska, American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, the Marshall Islands, the Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

This product will not arrive in a ceramic dish as pictured in product photography.
Instead, it will be packaged in an oven-safe aluminum pan.

Items will be shipped in a box that contains dry ice.
Do not consume or handle dry ice.

Items are shipped Monday through Wednesday. Items will be shipped within 2 business days of your order.
Orders placed any time after 12 PM on Wednesday through Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday. You can expect to receive your items within 2 business days of your order. Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday do not count as business days.

Freeze this product upon arrival.
Follow the safety guidelines and cooking instructions provided on the product packaging sleeve. In the event that your meals are thawed upon arrival, please discard them immediately and contact us to receive a new meal box free of charge.

Items cannot be returned.
Customers are entitled to receive a refund or a second shipment of their order if their original order does not meet their expectations.
